On 17th January, O2 Germany refreshed its Blue range of Smartphone tariffs. There are four plans: O2 Blue XS, S, M and L, all of which offer free calls to O2 and inclusive data. Minutes and texts are given as an allowance or, on the higher value plans, on an unlimited basis. The highest value tariff, O2 Blue L (EUR 59.99), includes unlimited calls and text messages to all German networks as well as a 2GB data allowance at full speed of up to 7.2Mbit/s.

The O2 Blue tariffs are available on a 24-month basis. The SIM-only version, Flex, does not have a minimum contract term; however, there is no SMS allowance on any of the Flex plans.
